Holiday Entitlement and Pay (April 2024 Updates):

- Minimum notice periods for termination by either party, adhering to statutory minimum requirements unless otherwise specified.
Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures:

Key Information Document (KID):
- Where the engagement is via an employment business (agency), include/attach a Key Information Document (KID) with a worked pay illustration, deductions, who pays the worker, benefits and other key terms. (A KID is required for agency workers and is separate from the contract.)
