How to Complete Your Self-Assessment
Your LSCA Self-Assessment membership to the OPRaaS Audit Platform provides audit forms to complete, making it easier to audit and track your organisation’s compliance with applicable employment and tax laws and LSCA standards.
Getting Started
To access your online LSCA Self-Certification forms, visit your Audit Dashboard (Link in top menu above).
You’ll find tailored forms for your role (end-hirer, agency, or umbrella) based on the details you provided at enrolment.
Complete these as part of your internal compliance audit or when assessing compliance across your supply chain.
About Your Self-Certification Forms
The forms that you can initiate from your Audit Dashboard help evaluate compliance across areas including:
- Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)
- Pay As You Earn (PAYE)
- Modern Slavery (MSA 2015)
- Criminal Finances Act 2017 (CFA 2017)
Each form is organised into clear sections so you can see what’s satisfied and what needs attention.
Scoring and Certification
Each LSCA form includes an integrated scoring system that provides an immediate Compliance Grade – a quick snapshot to highlight strengths and gaps. (This is a guidance indicator only and not a legal determination or accreditation.)
Once completed, you can digitally sign and date each form to self-certify:
- Labour Supply Chain Assurance controls
- Payroll compliance (PAYE/CIS)
- Modern slavery risk management
- Compliance with the Criminal Finances Act 2017
By signing, you acknowledge that failure to maintain compliance may result in regulatory or legal consequences.
Record-keeping: Retain completed forms and supporting evidence for at least six years.
Current as of November 2025. This module provides general guidance, not legal advice.
